EA Active Sport 2

I hope it's still not too late to wish to you all a happy new year. Hope everyone had a good Christmas holiday and wish 2011 would bring us happiness, good health.. and most importantly peace to the world crisis. Today I would like to share review about a great exercise game developed by EA. This game is an improvement from its previous version. It comes with a heart rate monitor, two motion sensors and a resistant band. The game has gone through a series of thorough research by exercise experts and even backed by the England new sport ambassador, David Beckham. The price is around £60 but currently Game store make an offer purchase for £10 off. I've already tried four workout sessions in the last week and I found the exercises in the game reasonably extensive and well-planned. There is a virtual personal trainer to guide me along the series of exercises according to my choice, they take roughly 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the sessions I opt for. I did a literally short 20-minutes session workout but it did make me sweat and felt knackered afterwards. Overall, I think this game is a superb buy, would definitely recommend it to people who don't have time or money to go to gym cause you could still keep fit at your own home with your own time schedule. Here I posted the unboxing video for the game, hope you enjoy it and perhaps next time I could probably post some clips of me doing the workout itself!
